Why Join Our Write for Us Finance Program?

Guest posting should benefit both sides. Here is what contributors get:

    • A real audience. [Insert monthly visitors or newsletter size] readers visit [Your Site Name] each month looking for finance and business guidance.
    • A proper author bio. Every guest post includes your name, photo, short bio and links to your website or LinkedIn profile.
    • Editorial support. Our editors help sharpen your outline and polish your draft. You are never left guessing.
    • Promotion. We share published guest posts on [X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, newsletter].
    • Clear expectations. You will know our rules, timelines and link policy before you write a single word.

    Topics We Accept

Our write for us finance program covers five areas. Pitches outside these areas are usually declined.

    1. Finance

We look for practical explanations of accounting, cash flow and money management. Examples include:

    • Public accounting vs. private accounting career paths
    • How operating cash flow works, with a worked example
    • Net working capital, liquidity ratios and solvency metrics explained
    • Educational personal finance topics such as budgeting frameworks and emergency funds

    2. Business

Our readers like useful frameworks for running and growing a company. Examples include:

    • Low-cost small business ideas that can be started from home
    • Supply chain, procurement and logistics basics
    • Business model breakdowns and corporate structures
    • Operations guides for local and service businesses

    3. Startups

We help founders understand how money moves in early-stage companies. Examples include:

    • Startup funding stages explained, from pre-seed to venture capital
    • Bootstrapping vs. angel investment
    • Preparing metrics and documents for an accelerator
    • Building a startup team and assigning core roles

    4. Investing (Educational Only)

We cover how markets and financial products work, not what readers should buy. Examples include:

    • What index funds, mutual funds and bonds are, and how they differ
    • Asset classes, portfolio structure and market terms
    • How stock markets and financial institutions operate
    • Case studies of historical market cycles and valuation methods

Important: We do not publish articles that recommend specific securities, trading strategies, brokers or financial decisions. Every investing article must stay educational.

    5. Entrepreneurship

This category looks at the people and skills behind successful businesses. Examples include:

    • Leadership, negotiation and management skills for founders
    • Common traits of successful entrepreneurs, supported by research
    • Case studies of serial entrepreneurs and scalable business models

    Our Content Guidelines

Every write for us finance submission is reviewed by a human editor. To give your pitch the best chance, follow these rules.

Write original, human content. We do not accept spun text or unedited AI output. Your article should read like a knowledgeable person explaining something to a smart friend, with clear examples and natural transitions.

Aim for 1,000 to 1,500 words. Depth matters more than length, but thin articles will not be accepted.

Source every number. Link to primary sources such as the IRS, Bureau of Labor Statistics, SEC, central banks or peer-reviewed research. If a statistic has no source, we will remove it.

Keep it easy to scan. Use descriptive headings, short paragraphs of three to four lines, and bullet points where they help.

Be specific. Worked examples, simple calculations and real scenarios beat general advice every time.

Stay unpublished. Your draft must be exclusive to [Your Site Name]. Please do not submit it elsewhere.

    Link and Anchor Text Policy

We allow a limited number of outbound links, and we are strict about how they are used.

    • Number of links: One to two links per article, plus your author bio link.
    • Anchor text: Links must sit naturally inside helpful sentences, for example “according to standard accounting frameworks.” Commercial anchors such as “best trading app” or “cheap loans” are not allowed.
    • Relevance: Every link must point to a page that genuinely helps the reader.
    • Acceptable destinations: Educational resources, verified business directories, legitimate SaaS tools and fintech software.
    • Not accepted: Casinos, betting platforms, adult sites, payday lenders and high-risk crypto brokers.

We reserve the right to add rel=”nofollow” or rel=”sponsored” to any link, in line with Google’s guidance on qualifying outbound links.

    Sponsored Posts

Besides free write for us finance guest posts, we publish a limited number of sponsored articles each month. A sponsored post is a paid article from a company or brand.

Sponsored content must still be useful to readers and fit our topics. Here is how it works:

    • Clear labeling: Every sponsored post carries a “Sponsored Content” notice at the top and bottom.
    • Link attributes: Paid links use rel=”sponsored”. We do not sell dofollow links.
    • Link limit: One to two links to the client website per article.
    • Editorial review: We fact-check every sponsored draft. Unsupported claims are removed or attributed to the client.
    • Existing articles: We can also place one sponsored link in a relevant existing article.
    • Payment: Fees are paid in full before publication, after the draft is approved. We accept [bank transfer, PayPal, other methods].

To ask about rates, email [your email address] with “Sponsored Post” in the subject line.
